• Preparation of a National In-Service Teacher Training Policy for TVET Sector in Sierra Leone (2018).

• Qualitative exploratory research for the School Me girls’ education program and develop a locally adapted and validated theory of change (2016).

• A comprehensive Baseline Survey study of the Korea funded SC Basic Education Program – Improving girls Education in Post Conflict Sierra Leone Project in Western Area and Kailahun districts in the Eastern Region of Sierra Leone (2013).

• Designed a user-friendly excel EMIS database and used it to train district education officers and facilitated the conduct of school survey data collection, analysis of the data and reporting for sustainability of Promoting African Grassroots Economic Security project in Kailahun district, Sierra Leone (2013).

• Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the construction of schools, teachers’ quarters, girl friendly toilets, water tanks, tower and submersible pumps, and water wells fitted with hand pumps in the Western Area and districts in the Southern Region to promote the right of girls and young women to post – primary education and socio-economic empowerment and opportunities in Sierra Leone (2012).
